Terms of Service | Bami Makeup

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bami Makeup platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bami Makeup provides an online platform for booking professional makeup consultation sessions with Bami, an Ethiopian film makeup artist. Sessions may be conducted in-person in Addis Ababa or online via video call.

3. User Accounts

To book a session you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required to confirm your session. We accept card payments via Stripe and mobile payments via Telebirr. Prices are displayed in both ETB and USD.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to the number of hours specified in the platform settings before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us if you have exceptional circumstances.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bami Makeup platform, including text, images, and videos, is owned by Bami Makeup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bami Makeup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
